Is this a service only for luxury properties?
Not necessarily. While I often work with unique properties, my goal is to help you find (or sell) the home that truly suits you, regardless of your budget. I adapt to your needs.
Do you only work in Barcelona and the Maresme Coast?
Barcelona and the Maresme Coast are my main areas of expertise, but I can also assist you on the Costa Brava, in Sitges, or elsewhere in Catalonia. Thanks to my network of trusted collaborators, I can cover other regions depending on your project.
Are your fees lower than those of a traditional agency?
Yes. My model is more agile and transparent, which allows me to offer high-quality service with much more reasonable fees. What you save on commission, you can reinvest in what matters most: your new home.
Do you work only with buyers, or also with sellers?
Both. I support buyers throughout their search with dedication and care, and I also help homeowners sell quickly, smoothly, and at the right price.
How is your approach different?
I focus on strategic digital marketing and clear human communication. No empty jargon, just concrete actions, real visibility, and honest support.
Do you charge if the deal doesn’t go through?
No. I only charge if there’s a result. It’s as simple as that.
Do you work alone?
You’ll work directly with me, but I also rely on a network of trusted professionals : architects, agents, designers, lawyers… everything needed to move your project forward under the best possible conditions.
